This is Russian sourced, Spanish language, numbers station V07. The transmission location for this specific schedule of V07 has been RFDFed to far Eastern Russia.
This schedule of V07 transmits every Sunday morning (UTC). It varies the times and frequencies across the year. The frequency for this transmission was 13464 kHz, in USB mode. The message consisted of 95 five digit code groups. As you can see, the conditions were quite good, with a reasonably strong signal.
The lone "1" in the callup indicates there will be an actual message sent, if instead there was a "0" (zero) sent this would indicate that a null message was being transmitted, with no coded information.
Recorded at my location in the Mojave Desert, California, USA, on 01 August, 2021, 0300 UTC. Receiver used was an RFSpace NetSDR, the antenna used was a Rhombic pointed at Asia.
